Changing Broadsider explosive effect to fireworks that and also to firing & reload sounds as well.

This mod changes Broadsider explosive effect to fireworks like Grand Finale, and changes firing and reload sounds to my reference strong feeling as well.

Installation:
Download the mod file from above “FILES” tab, and extract the .7z file.
Place the .ba2 file into your Fallout76/Data folder, and the correct .ba2 file name to your Fallout76Custom.ini file.
