The only reason to talk to The Ghoul NPC is to purchase Premium Targets. This mod saves you the hassle of navigating through the same dialogue options every single time you talk to him.
prevents dialogue selection mistakes when buying Premium Targets.
Please Note:
Unfortunately, automatic skipping of voice lines is not supported. You will still need to manually press the Spacebar to skip.
Multi-NPC Support:
This dialogue auto-selection is fully customizable. You can apply the same automatic selection logic to other NPCs as well (such as Scribe Valdez or Rocksy) by editing the configuration file!
How to Edit Configuration (autodialogue.json)
– Go to your game folder and open Fallout76/Data/autodialogue.json with any text editor (e.g., Notepad).
– Under “NPCs”, add the NPC’s name and the choice keywords you want to automatically select in order.
– (Optional) Under “Blocks”, add specific subtitle keywords for that NPC to prevent infinite dialogue loops.
– Save the file.
Note:
I don’t use the English version of the game, so there might be some errors. You can easily fix them by editing autodialogue.json yourself.
How to Install
– Extract the downloaded zip file and place the files ( autodialogue .ba2 and autodialogue.json) into your Fallout76/Data folder.
– Go to Documents/My Games/Fallout 76/ and open Fallout76Custom.ini (create one if it doesn’t exist).
– Add the BA2 file name under [Archive]: codeIni sResourceArchive2List = autodialogue.ba2
