NPC Scavenger Vendor ESP v0.6
This mod highlights clothing worn by NPC Scavenger Vendors that are found around the map at Random Encounter locations. The Yellow highlight is bright and solid.
Notes:
* This highlighting affects any female who is wearing the vendor type outfits, whether a vendor, a player, settler npc, dead npc, and/or Minerva.
* When approaching a Random Encounter location, which usually have 2 folding chairs, if you see a single highlighted npc and a single dot on your compass, this is most likely a NPC vendor. If you see a single dot without highlighting, you can crouch down to determine friend or foe. If you crouch and the dot disappears, it is a foe. If the dot stays, then you can approach and possibly find a vendor. If you see 2 or more dots, then there isn’t a vendor.
*The most wanted NPC vendor is the clothing vendor. This vendor usually has at least 1 piece of rare clothing, but can sometimes have several rare outfits. Luck would have it while taking photos for the mod page that both clothing vendors I found only had the fisherman overalls.
* There are several types of NPC vendors, including: clothing vendor, Aid items and Aid recipes vendor, armor items vendor, and crossbow plans vendor.

* I know I need to add few more outfits to the mod, but I haven’t found them yet. The mod will be updated when I find the files.

* I added the known outstanding outfit to the mod. Still needs further usage to see if there are any outstanding outfits to find.
