Reverts the map’s camp vendor info to the previous behaviour of showing empty categories greyed out.

The Inventory Update is great, but the one thing I didn’t like is how it hides empty categories on the map vendor displays, causing the various categories to display in different places in the popup rather than fixed positions.

So this is a simple mod that restores the original behaviour, which to me at least makes it easier to see at a glance what is and is not being sold at that camp. The pop-up is larger than before with the addition of the per-star legendary lists, but it’s easier to compare camp-to-camp.

Installation:
BA2 version: add to sResourceIndexFileList in game ini files
SWF version: use a loose files mod installer like Baka
