All you generals need leather coat with medals.
This mod includes Leather coat, Hat, Helmet, and Backpack in Enclave theme.
Plus my original Glow to the eyes of NCR Helmet!
Texture size is 2k.

All In One does not include backpack.
you have to choose either replacing Red Shift Backpack ( Atomic Store Item )
or Replacing Blue Ridge Caravan Backpack ( non Atomic Store item )
you can get Plan: Blue Ridge Caravan backpack by completing Public Event Riding Shotgun at Big Bend Tunnel East.
Installation
1. Place .ba2 file in Fallout 76’s Data folder.
2. Create Fallout76Custom.ini under Documents/My Games/Fallout 76
3. Open Fallout76Custom.ini and add this line below and save the change.
There is always few people seem to have problem installing manually I highly suggest using mod manager to install mods, so please try and learn how to use manager for installing mods. I recommend Using Fallout 76 Quick Configuration “https://www.fallout76mods.com/fallout-76-quick-configuration-ini-editor/” It is way easier to install mods than installing manually, and you can check for mod conflicts and more.
