I am putting the completed version out there because

are broken and alot of folks are not tech savvy so here is your
working lock pick mod
both the file and folder in this archive must be copied to your Fallout 76 Data Folder
in Bethesda net Launcher\games\Fallout76\Data
Overwrite when asked!
